Private sessions start at $35.

Sessions are available via Zoom or in-person at Seed Sound Studios,

located at 1415 Plainfield Ave NE, Grand Rapids.

WHAT IS VOCAL EMPOWERMENT COACHING?

Vocal empowerment coaching goes beyond the technicalities of singing. In our sessions, we use various exercises to help find an embodied voice - discovering authenticity, creativity, boldness, and the healing power of your own unique voice.

EXERCISES INCLUDE:

  • breath work

  • mindfulness

  • vocal warmups

  • chakra toning/chanting

  • vocal exploration

  • stretching/posture alignment

BENEFITS OF SINGING:

  • Releases "happy chemicals" endorphins, seratonin, & dopamine in the brain

  • Increases lung capacity

  • Reduces stress

  • Can help improve memory

  • Helps you express yourself and your emotions

  • Boosts confidence

If you have a voice, then these sessions are for you!

You are your instrument.

Each session is catered to the individual with respect to their specific goals and needs.

MEET YOUR COACH

As a vocal empowerment coach, Hannah draws upon her own experiences of performing music, her personal yoga practice, self-healing, and vocal development to help empower others to bring their voices into alignment with their goals and to find an embodied voice within themselves.

Hannah has studied with various vocal coaches and music teachers throughout her life, who have given her an extremely solid foundation in classical singing techniques. In recent years, much of Hannah’s vocal development has come from her dedication to a daily music practice, mindfulness & chakra meditation, vocal exploration, and somatic singing. Combining her knowledge in classical singing techniques, sound healing, and somatics, Hannah is equipped to guide, support, and hold space for each individual client at any stage of their vocal journey. She continues to seek knowledge and a deeper understanding of the voice and its role in healing and creating, and is committed to sharing this knowledge with folks who are interested in diving deeper into the power of the voice.

Hannah is currently a member of Jeremy Mossman's Body Based Voice Pedagogy community, where they explore the vastly connected body and the role that fascia plays in movement and singing, as well as various vocal coaching techniques for integrating new awarenesses of the body and voice.
